Lead the UX, UI and Visual Design of a new responsive software system and corresponding mobile app for corporate wellness, on desktop and mobile devices, which tracks user progress, creates customized fitness and nutrition plans for individual users, encourages teams and challenges for employee engagement, and provides videos, customer service, and other resources for participating users.
- Oversee visual continuity of all products and materials, create mockups, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, social media content, digital ads, an online style guide and other graphic items, work with marketing to create social media engagement and shape company’s online presence.
- Upgrade waterfall environment to agile, create project timelines and set development goals, prioritize new feature development, perform manual and automatic product testing and quality assurance.
- Speak with participating employees and company representatives to gather user feedback and product reviews, create customer questionnaires, attend product demos, sales calls and meetings with Account Managers, research wellness methods and create personas and data for testing.
- Conceptualized, designed and launched the ‘Fit City Challenge’, along with a new registration process, customizable nutrition, progress tracking, social news feed, video library, dashboards, informational content, instructional text, notifications and custom email, on both desktop and mobile.
- Work directly with Front-End Developer, Back-End Engineer, Product Testers, Account Managers, End-Users, Sales and Marketing.
- As a UX guy for this aspiring fitness & nutrition startup, I also exercised every day on-site and changed my diet completely in order to help me redo their products
