Over 320 screens delivered in 12 months, including UI mockups, InVision interactive prototype and so many other UX elements, testing, QA, validation, design sprints, user testing, user feedback sessions, on-site client visits, and so much more!

  -LearnPlatform is an Education Technology startup, developing a "comprehensive edtech system of record... built by, for and with educators, working with a team of researchers and technologists to manage, analyze and improve impact across their learning ecosystem."   -Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owner and Developers on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design and testing of new product concepts and road map priorities (3 POs, 8 Devs, 1 Designer).
  -Lead user feedback and testing sessions in groups, one-on-one and via video chat.
  -Build wireframes, interactive mockups and create and maintain product style guide
  -Translate user needs and requirements into simple solutions for complex problems
  -Leverage analytical tools to measure success, present opportunities and support decision-making
  -Build empathy and be an advocate for customers through participation in human-centered research and design
  -Utilize Lean and Agile methodologies and Design Sprints
  -Present research findings and design concepts to product management, customer success, development and external clients.
  -Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuity across all customer touch points
  -Integrate multiple considerations including business goals, interaction best practices, brand standards and technology constraints.
