Maintenance Tracking Responsive Software

Design responsive software UIs, interactive prototypes, graphic elements and interactive forms for maintenance request and tracking systems, on desktop and mobile devices.

Joseph's Contributions:
 - Participate in onsite client visits with Product Owners and personal interviews with users, gather usage analytics, create personas for system testing and perform A/B and manual testing on all necessary devices.
 - Agile development environment using JIRA, where UX was fully incorporated into the squad.
 - Create interactive forms, charting tools, customized menus, informational lists and guided instruction, rollout new features and get feedback from participating companies, maintain style guide.
 - Work directly with Product Owners, UX Lead, Software Engineers, Front-End Developers, Testers, Product Innovators and Certified Scrum Masters.
 - Sketch, Fireworks, Photoshop, Pixate, JIRA, MS Office, D3js Charts, Google Material, Charts and Analytics.
